Our Refurbishment & Inspection Process

Every used sinotruk for sale in our inventory passes a structured multi-point inspection before it is listed or shipped:

• Engine compression test and oil analysis
• Transmission and transfer case check — all gears, including the low-range crawler on dump variants
• Differential and axle inspection — bearing play, seal condition, diff lock function
• Brake system: air dryer, slack adjusters, drum/lining thickness
• Electrical: instrument cluster, ECU fault code scan (codes cleared only after the root cause is fixed, not masked)
• Cab and chassis: frame crack check, cab mount condition, tipping-body hydraulic cylinder integrity on dump variants

Refurbishment scope is documented and shared with the buyer before payment. We replace parts that fall below service limits. We do not repaint over rust without treating the substrate. If a unit has a known defect we cannot economically fix, we disclose it and price accordingly — or we do not sell it. Photos and video of each unit are shared on request.
